NebulaNet Terms of Service

NebulaNet is a social media app that lets users create accounts, share posts and stories, and interact with others. By using NebulaNet, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using NebulaNet, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Privacy

Your use of NebulaNet is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers

NebulaNet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calyxar and NebulaNet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
